How we work
What we will and will not claim.
AuditSahi is built by O Square Technologies for Indian businesses and the firms that advise them. The product is useful only if what it says can be relied on, so these are the rules it is built around.
Documents only
AuditSahi reads what you give it. Nothing is ever scanned, probed or tested, on your network or anywhere else.
Primary sources, or nothing
Every obligation is cited to the regulator's own document. Anything we could not read in a primary source is labelled unverified and shown that way, not quietly dropped.
Independent checks, then a person
Each obligation is broken into the specific things it requires, and each is checked independently. Disagreements are not averaged away. They go to a person in your company to decide, and that decision stands.
Every verdict quotes its line
A verdict that cannot point to the words in your document is not counted. You see the clause, the quote and the reasoning before you accept anything.
No facts we were not given
AuditSahi does not invent a name, a title, a system, a number or a date about your organisation. Where a draft needs one, it leaves a marked blank, and every draft is checked against what it was given.
Approval is not practice
An approved policy satisfies the clauses that ask for a policy. It does not satisfy the ones that ask for a drill, a test or a report to have happened. Those need their own evidence.
The rulebook is data
Obligations, tiers and dates are held as data, not written into the code. When a circular changes, the rulebook is rebuilt and what applies to you changes with it.
A person is always responsible
Every approval, completion and ruling carries a name and a date. The platform informs the decision. It does not take it.
Preparation, not certification
AuditSahi helps you prepare for an audit and shows you the evidence. It does not certify compliance, and it does not give legal advice.
